Headquartered in Annapolis, MD, IT Tech Direct has been providing innovative operational and engineering support services and solutions to the federal government and commercial customers since our inception in 2005.
IT Tech Direct provides support to federal agencies nationwide, offering on-site technical teams that work daily with our customers to meet mission-critical milestones and requirements. We also maintain a depot maintenance facility at our Annapolis headquarters that includes a technical bench area, management offices, warehousing space for customer equipment, and a help desk that provides 24x7x365 Tier I, II, and III Technical Support to customers and the ITTD staff located in the field. Our depot routinely processes service requests for depot-level repairs, warranty/maintenance services, testing, staging, asset tracking, logistics management and support, basic frequency management, and sparing pool management.
